My Story

In the words of Khalid Gibran (2020), "my work, is love made visible." As a compassionate and empathetic individual, I derive immense fulfilment from witnessing personal growth and flourishing in others. A defining aspect of my approach stems from my battles with mental illness, providing me with firsthand insight into the depths of despair and anxieties that accompany such struggles. Recognising the challenges of maintaining one's identity and fulfilling societal roles amid the burdens of mental health issues, I am committed to dismantling stigmas and misconceptions surrounding these conditions. By openly sharing my journey with depression, I strive to convey that mental illnesses are treatable conditions, not defining characteristics of an individual.

Through navigating my own transformative experiences, I have embraced a role as a dedicated advocate for human well-being. I firmly believe in the fundamental importance of communal support and understanding, as no individual exists in isolation. This belief serves as a driving force behind my aspiration to provide impactful therapeutic assistance to those in need. By offering a helping hand to those embarking on their personal growth journeys, I aim to facilitate their quest towards realizing their fullest potential.
